About the Project

Trained K9’s with experienced handlers are proven to provide tremendous value to a community, providing security and defense services, assisting in search and rescue efforts, and working with the elderly and special needs children to provide support and comfort.
A group of 8 volunteers, all trained dog handlers, spearheaded the unit.

This unit has already assisted in countless security situations, missing person events, and often visits the elderly center to bring emotional support and therapy to holocaust survivors.
